We are currently having adverse performance on this kvmhost serving VPS, and are investigating the causes. We expect to have it back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 8.25am - Our engineers are continuing to investigate the network lag on this server. Today we intend to replace a NIC to eliminate possible hardware failure; Secondary to this, we intend to replace the entire server (there will be no customer data loss). We will update this page again with all updates, and of course we will detail any unavoidable down time.

We sincerely apologise for the problems our customers have encountered on this kvmhost.
